This culture, in turn, imposes the efficiency of the criteria of: quality, productivity, production organisationHR and financial management. Eventually, a continuous skills development required by the international context.

Enterprises who will have not  nurtured  upstream a corporate identity, would be exposed to external dependency, with a sacrifice  of their essential autonomy.

An institution capable of supplanting the entrepreneurs to achieve some competencies not subject to their know-how and to guide them in their professional activity, will contribute to reassure these operators and to consolidate their strategic positioning on the international markets.
